they were very good but the new songs were really weird. i think i need to hear them properly before i decide what i think.
they had already started by the time i got in, and there were two new songs in a row. i thought i was watching the wrong band before they played wait for the summer. i was actually thinking "errr, there might be another band called yeasayer" and that i'd gotten confused.
but bat for lashes made up for the confusion by being utterly brilliant.

I like a few songs. To me it's not as good as the debut, but it's still nice. Can't really put my finger on it yet.
