bah! its snowing again!

and i just got a lovely festive email fromt he NHS saying if for any reason public transport is cancelled because snow or we are unable to attend work because of snow we must take is as Annual Leave. FUCK THAT. If it snows my work will be closed. why should I be forced to use up my annual leave on the fucking weather. if your car breaks down and you can't get to work you don't have to take it as holiday. miserable bastards.

i would happily love snow if it meant free days off work. it means being freezing cold, spending a fortune on heating and even more appalling publis services. bah! snow all you want next week when i'm off work.

I go to school in Vermont, so I get plenty of snow. I'm actually not looking forward to it.

i spoke to my boss today about the being forced into taking annual leave thing and she said it seemed massively unfair and would be arguing that we have not compromised our service delivery by working from home. SO if it snows tomorrow i will be having a go-slow at home :)

4 inches forecast....
