Sooo yes it is rather early to be starting this but general consensus is better sooner than later, especially as there was a lot of late mailings last year and everyone's super busy and obviously wants extra time to put together AWESOME presents for everyone else. Oldies, we know how it all works, newbies, I'll find the link to the old thread in a minute but basically one person acts as organiser (Santa, natch (also, seeing as we have them now, most like one of our lovely mods)) and collects the names of everyone who wants to take part to sort out who's sending to who. You get the address of your person and away you go!

A mix cd is the focal point, with DIY cover art, but last year we all added little extra gifts in because we are awesome like that.

I don't know if maybe we should have a little record of who got who last year to avoid repeats...? Not that anyone would mind but it's nice to get music from different people and stuff.

as monkey coordinated it last year perhaps he stil has a list. if not i think it might be overwhelmingly complicated towork out who had whom and we shoud strat from scratch
