Yeah, I talked to my manager about reducing my hours and there's nothing they can do. As it stands I lose all of wednesday and thursday to do colelge work, tuesday as well because I finish college very late, and large parts of saturday and sunday, so even when I'm working flat out for the other times I'm not getting to galleries and I'm still doing the bare minimum amount of work. But they can't alter my houts so I don't have a choice. I'm pretty upset, my manager has been so kind, I have no idea how I'm going to hand it in...
