I'm sure they love you too.
Why you think some of the fans are cunts?

Every band has some fans that are cunts unfortunately...
The people who don't know most of the songs but still want to be in the front row, the ones who give you death looks if you nudge them, the people who are so off their face they are never going to remember any of the gig, people who seem to delibrately jump on others if they fall over and finally the people who literally punch you in the face.
I didn't think Foals was THAT bad for this last night really. Maybe it was just the bit of the crowd i was in?

So....you went to the front of a fairly big gig, for a lively band, and....

They missed the 'front row reserved for the really cool people that liked Foals first' sign.

There was some pushing.

You got pushed.
Get over it and grow a pair. There's a nice space at the back if you are fragile. If you still want to get near the front, then go to the sides. It's not rocket science.

I think i was one of the oldest at the gig, i spent most of it awwing at these 4 little sprouts infront. Aww.
I'm quite short so i always make the effort to get to the front, you get shoved but it's a gig..it will happen.
One guy by me was quite tall and actually told me to get infront of him because i couldn't see. Not everyone is bad.

Ahhh those happy days ! Strangely enough, tall guys are less nice when there's a boyfriend with you.

i dont mind pushing. but at norwich people were pushing before foals even came on - whilst we were waiting - which is just silly. and annoying.

^ oh i was in Norwich on saturday, it's a nice place.
yeah i think that the line bewteen general gig rowdiness and attack of twats gets blurred slightly. i hate it when you get decked/pushed over/beer spilt over/your own beer split over you by absolutely huuuuuuge men who are clearly there only to fly around the mosh pit and "'ave it". there's a lot of them in London.

There was some older guys at the gig, i aptly named them "The Brickies"
One threw himself into a kid in a wheelchair, i guess he wanted to touch Yannis' tantalising hair.

Ha this is true! It's a unspoken law of London gigs that wherever you stand away in a venue you are never more than five metres away from a twat. Like rats!
