...decided on my other listens for the week apart from the rest of 80's depeche mode I have my way to work through. some krautrock by can, and neu! omd can wait for another time...

did you really "LOL"? because I can't really see anything laugh-out-loudably funny there. sorry, I'm getting well fed up with the overuse of that acronym by the world.

and y'all need to listen to the blues. i'm gonna investigate the first few bands announced for the pavement atp, not really heard them at all.

Woop, it's great my post got some people listening :) Neu-wise I suggest Neu!'75 if you've yet to get into them. OMD were definitely a very good band (until they went uber commercial). Their best "pop" album was definitely Architecture & Morality, but if you're into the more experimental side of things you might want to check out Dazzleships. Both are awesome albums in my opinion.

Japan are definitely worth a listen from everyone here. Honestly.

^^havn't got round to neu yet, but I enjoyed "can" a lot - can't believe those records were released in 1970's sound like they should have been released in 2002 or something... omd will probs wait a lil, I need to do something a lill more out my comfort zone next week... oh and katie I haven't forgotten just bit busy, get something for you over the weekend...:)

oh and krunkeh, hows the funking out to simon and garfunk going...?

Ahh crap i aint got any yet, i will do it when i return from work. Not been at home to get stuck in. Does anyone know where i should start? Sounds Of Silence is calling to me for some reason.
