i couldnt agree with you more.
although i know its Dom playing the synth, it just doesn't seem real
i dont like the fact that they add so much into their recorded stuff, that they have to have a guy on stage playing those instruments for them when they are performing live,
so that their music wouldn't sound out of place.

Well, Morgan Nicholls has always helped them live. It's not only since Black Holes And Revelations. For instance Nicholls plays a big part in songs like Bliss. You know that space sound in the background.
And in BH&R I love that electronic impulse sound in Take a Bow. That is really awesome live. So not really Dom who plays the synth. It's Nicholls.

I don't. Unless they manage to keep it interesting over 15 minutes. Which I doubt.

Well... You should start exploring them on youtube. They are one of the best live bands nowadays.
This is just an example:

How awesome when the guitar riff hits in.

TIRO is but Starlight has it's merits.

i recommended TIRO and *light because i personally think they are easy-to-like, especially on first listen.
i love muse generaly, origin of symetry and absolution are amazing albums.
