It would've been an awesome short-lived career of Le Bloc if they had made Intimacy as good as Silent Alarm, and if i'd had seen them.. one perfect album, half an immense album and half a shit album, and then if Intimacy were SA good, another perfect album.. good career.. instead...

I really want to hear a Gordy side project. That stuff would be awesome.

Kele will make great synthpop songs, and Russell will make Pin Me Down a great pop band.

I never really liked Bloc Party actually. i never thought they were that great.
Silent alarm was cool,
A weekend in the city was alright.
Intimacy had its moments.
But I never thought of Bloc Party as this amazing band. So this news really doesn't effect me

but like it's already been said. new projects by these guys would be awesome.

They should give us one more Silent Alarm and one more Aussie tour, so I can finally see my favourite band live, and then call it a day.. that'll be a fairly good career, methinks.

New Pin Me Down album will be out in December/January. Milena and I are biffles.
