But, what's Strongbow like? Ever since I used to watch the Premier League Highlights show when Leeds were once a good football team, i've wanted to have it.. so.. is it good?

soo bitter. hard to drink unless you're already sloshed.

don't mix hockey and vodka either.

strongbow is very very sweet. far sweeter than a cider needs to be. and its too bloody fizzy. its best to drinkit as 'black' i.e. put blaccurrent in it,to give a better fruitier flavour. strongbow is to cider what gordons is to gin; what vladivar is to vodka.

if you're going to drink cider drink scrumpy;Old Rosie is my fave.

or pear. but technically pear cider is perry. gosh i am being pedantic today.

^^magners on ice. or gaymers pear cider...mmmmm. widely available and pretty nice. theres this nice organic one too, that is really strong, that you get at hip places like the deaf institute... gets you sloshed...

my fave beers are wiessbeirs like erdinger, paulaner and hoegaarden. hoe' is my fave, then erdinger and paulaner second. in normal beers the only one I enjoy drinking is probs becks, prefer becks vier but becks is ok too... its cos most pilsners are awful and bitter or too watery in the case of fosters - so maybe thats why don't like them chris. also with beer you do have to get used to the taste... I didn't like it at first either, but I foudn the wheaty taste grew on me, much like twiglets - you don't really like them, but alwasy take another bite, and then they become sort addictive... and you actually start to crave it random moments if you havn't had it in a while...

i made my own drink yesterday. it might already be a drink, i dont know.
basically vodka, grenadine and lemonade. its lush, very sweet though. so much so that i couldnt taste the vodka, and drank it like it was a normal drink, there were consequences...
